5 Easy steps to guide you Home!

 

Step 1: You’re Agent Makes the Cut

Choosing the right agent to work with is crucial in your home purchasing success.  At The Griffin Difference Team @ Kw Florida Partners, we ask all our potential buyers to join us in the brief meeting weather you prefer to be virtual or live-in person to discuss the home purchasing process. Here is where you will be able to disclose all you must haves and can’t live without in your new home along with you dis-likes and don’t wants. This is also a great way to hold a professional Meet & Greet with your new agent.  Getting off to the right start can keep you smiling from start to finish.

Step 2: Show me the Money

Next up is getting the funds you need to be able to purchase your home. It’s called “Getting Pre-Approved”. Now there is a huge difference in pre-Approved vs pre-Qualified. Becoming Pre-Qualified is easy, it’s an automated computerized evaluation of several deciding factors based off the information on an online application in which you have successfully completed on your own. A pre-Approval is a letter granted to the barrower after the loan originator has reached out you and successfully collected all required docs and made an educated evaluation of you finances. Once pre-Approved you’re ready to take the next steps.

Step 3: Showing… Showing…Gone!

You’ve made it to the fun part. Time to go shopping! Join your fabulous Griffin Difference agent on a day full of showings.  We set up your day of showings based off the list you and your agent has taken the time to scrub and reduce to the several you will see that day. Keep in mind market trends may vary and sometimes you may even have to put an offer in, sight-unseen, but non the less we are always here holding your hand every step of the way to help guide you towards your goal.

 

Step 4: We’re going Under… Contract!

 

The discussion and presentation of the offer will be stress free for you through our continuous guidance and communication. We will review all deciding factors to make sure we put our best offer forward. We are confident in our strong negotiating skills as we serve our market every day. We work diligently to make sure you obtain your new home for the best price you’re comfortable with, while limiting your exposure and protecting your bests interests. Once your offer is accepted and escrow has been delivered to title, we will prepare all buyer required disclosures and documents, remain involved with home inspections and appraisals, and make sure all contingencies and repair requests are removed in a timely manner per the contract. Most importantly, we will stay on top of your loan process, so we ensure we stay on track to close on time.  Communication between us is imperative and we can assure you that you will be informed every step of the way.

 

Step 5: Keep Calm… It’s Moving Day!

 

Congratulations, you have now made it the closing table! We will provide you with helpful moving hints and be there to answer any questions you may have.
